Job Title Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Location Austin, TX Job Overview Peachy’s mission is to remove barriers to care and make wrinkle treatment more accessible through preventative Botox, prescription retinoids, and daily use sunscreen. The focus is on transparent pricing, unmatched quality of care, and science‑backed solutions. What You’ll Do Complete Peachy’s comprehensive clinical training program and ongoing education. Provide exceptional customer service in every client interaction. Conduct wrinkle burden analysis and develop individual treatment plans. Educate clients about peachy’s wrinkle prevention offerings including neurotoxins, retinoids, and aftercare products. Administer neurotoxin (Botox®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®, and Dysport®) in the 3 FDA‑on‑label facial wrinkle locations. Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for every client. Adhere to company‑wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety protocols. Follow infection‑control standards, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and equipment disinfection. Demonstrate strong HIPAA privacy practices. Who You Are Communicates effectively in clear, concise language and listens attentively. Board certification as Adult, Family, or Women’s Nurse Practitioner. Board‑certified Basic Life Support (BLS). Preferably at least 6 months of autonomous NP experience. Extensive recent procedural experience (IV placement, suturing, etc.) in high‑volume clinical environments. Flexibility to work multiple studio locations within reasonable distance. Availability for full‑time schedule (4×10, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays). Minimum age 18, eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Physical Requirements Frequently kneel, bend, sit and stand for long periods. Use needles to inject in FDA‑approved wrinkle prevention areas. Lift or transport items up to 30 lbs. Operate standard office equipment and technology. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $54‑$60 per hour (Austin, TX). Peachy’s Nurse Practitioners earn base pay plus quarterly performance bonuses; top providers earn over 20% in bonus.
