The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in product management and ownership, with a strong focus on finance technology and agile methodologies. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and align business processes with technical solutions. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in product management or ownership, ideally within Procure to Pay and finance technology. Proven expertise in Coupa platform implementation and integration (APIs, ERP systems). Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with tools like MS DevOps. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to align business processes with technical solutions. Experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps. Strong relationship-building skills and experience working with executive-level presentations. Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary product manager for the Coupa platform, focusing on Procurement, Invoicing, Expense, and Supplier Management modules. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and technology strategy. Lead and manage complex product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities. Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and launch new solutions, utilizing agile methodologies and tools such as MS DevOps. Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translating them into actionable development plans. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to drive product enhancements and optimize user experience. Oversee product configurations, testing, upgrades, and cross-system integrations, ensuring seamless operation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Accounts Payable, Operations, HR, Procurement, IT, and Security, to achieve project objectives. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality services.
