Responsibilities: • Uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetings • Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales • Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange • Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics • Confidently navigate used car sales contracts and work with sales management, finance, and service department team members to answer customer questions Qualifications: • At least one year working as a sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting, is necessary • Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction are vital • Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required • Knowledge and interest in used car features, the auto sales industry, car dealerships’ financing options, and sales management necessary • High school diploma mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000
