What is the position we are searching for? Experienced Automotive Detailer: Hatfield, PA: Are you experienced in detailing vehicles in a fast paced environment? What will you do? The experienced Detailer is responsible for ensuring that the cosmetic quality of all vehicles meets the CarShop standard of excellence. He/She will conduct preparation for delivery of each vehicle at the direction of the Detail Manager, and in accordance with the approved processes of the Detail Department. The successful candidate will keep all equipment and tools in good working order. When maintenance or repairs are necessary, he/she will report the issue to the Detail Manager. The successful candidate strives to exceed the agreed personal performance goals and embraces and models the company culture and values.
What skills do you bring? • A minimum of 2+ years of previous detailing experience in a fast paced dealership.
• He/She demonstrates the ability to establish priorities, problem solve, and complete tasks in a timely manner with a great attention to detail.
• The Detailer is personable -- a team player and demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively.
• The successful candidate will exemplify integrity, strive for self-improvement, and have an open-minded, "can-do" attitude.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history.

Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; and six month or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous detailing experience is preferred.
