Automotive Sales Consultants

Sioux Falls Ford is actively hiring Automotive Sales Consultants to join one of the highest-performing Ford dealerships in the country. Our sales team ranks in the Top 3% of Ford dealerships nationwide for sales volume, and we're looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals who want to build a successful career in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and create customers for life
• Assist customers in selecting the right new or used vehicle based on their needs and budget
• Deliver professional vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives
• Become an expert on Ford vehicles, trim levels, technology, accessories, financing options, and manufacturer programs
• Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Learn and apply proven automotive sales processes and objection-handling techniques
• Work closely with sales managers and finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Achieve monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow-up activities

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, wireless sales, call centers, or commission-based sales is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, coachable, and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Willingness to learn vehicle product knowledge, financing, and dealership processes
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
