Any experience in boat work, or body work is a plus. Currently seeking a Boat Detailer/Laborer with Norman Wylie Marine, Lincolnton, NC. Must have an eye for consistent detailing/finish results when necessary and display an ability to safely handle a high-speed buffer as well as most shop tools. We are a very diversified service provider so your skill set should be the same. You must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license. You must be able to collaborate with the existing team to ensure efficient workflow, timely completion of projects, and adherence to our high-quality standards. Be able to Interact with customers (as needed) with process descriptions. Maintain a clean working environment. Our service coverage area includes all the lakes, marinas, and boat owners on the Catawba River Basin near Charlotte, NC. Most of the work is performed at our shop which is centrally located in Lincolnton NC. This includes Lake James, Lake Hickory, Lake Norman, Mount Island Lake, and Lake Wylie. There are tens of thousands of registered boat owners in this region to substantiate our continued growth. Schedule: 8-hour days, M-F but overtime hours are available if you are a proven self-starter. Must have reliable transportation as we may rarely be dispatched out into the field to perform minor repairs. Automotive or boat detailing exp is a plus.
