Business Analyst

Location: WFH US OH Cincinnati

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in UIPath to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of leveraging automation tools to enhance business processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through automation.
• Utilize UIPath to design, develop, and implement automated workflows.
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
• Support the testing process by developing test cases and coordinating UAT with end users.
• Provide training and support to end users on new systems and processes.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and automation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in UIPath and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation.
• Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
• Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or UIPath.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in UIPath development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
