As a Business Document Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of AI-generated business documents. Leveraging your business expertise and advanced skills in Office Suite applications, you will ensure that these documents meet the highest standards of clarity and professionalism in a fully remote setting.

• Collaborate with AI systems to perform complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate and critique AI-generated deliverables across various domains including finance, strategy, marketing, and operations, providing structured feedback.
• Design and test business scenarios that reflect real-world workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Fortune 500 or consulting-level quality standards.
• Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to foster continuous improvement in AI systems.
• Document and escalate recurring issues to ensure AI systems consistently meet the needs of business users.
• Champion quality, structure, and clarity in all deliverables, bridging the gap between business expertise and AI innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in business roles such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating polished, professional business documents.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and both written and verbal communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail with the ability to critically assess and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) or a strong willingness to learn in a tech-focused environment.
• Self-starter attitude, thriving in an independent, remote, and fast-paced work environment.
