As a Business Office Assistant, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, proper financial management, and exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
Financial Management: Process patient payments, manage cash receipts, and perform financial reporting
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining confidential records
Office Operations: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, manage office supplies, and ensure proper inventory control
Patient Care: Provide exceptional customer service, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries
