Who You Are As a
Clinical Assistant / Medical Scribe at Fairfax Radiology Centers, you are detail-oriented, composed under pressure, and committed to providing exceptional patient support. You thrive in a busy medical office environment and take pride in producing accurate, thorough documentation that supports clinical excellence.
What You'll Do - Gather and document information for patient visits in partnership with physicians
- Accurately transcribe patient encounters, including visit details, referrals, and evaluation data
- Support physicians and healthcare professionals by providing timely, precise documentation
- Escort patients to exam rooms and assist in maintaining a clean, efficient clinical environment
- Help ensure a positive, organized, and patient-centered experience throughout each visit
What You'll Bring - Prior medical office or health-related office experience
- Strong computer skills and comfort working in electronic medical records
- Experience with medical terminology required
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple healthcare clinicians
- College degree preferred
- Prior experience as a Medical Scribe is a plus
