Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Construction Business Development professional to build strong client relationships within CT. In this role, you will be responsible for developing tailored project proposals for industrial and commercial buildings ranging in cost to $10,000,000, presenting them to owners and finalizing construction contracts. Preference is given to applicants with experience in estimating commercial buildings and basic engineering knowledge. Work location is in person in Torrington, CT. Territory is in CT.
