Dental Office Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are a multispecialty practice that has been serving the New Hope community for over 20 years and is now owned by our very own Dr. Meghan Sullivan Walsh and her husband. Our team is focused on providing high quality, patient centered dentistry where our patients are listened to and valued. We seek an eager to learn and team focused Office manager who excels in:
- Having a service-minded, 5-star approach to patient care
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Creating positive relationships with patients and team members
- Ability to manage schedules for optimal productivity and efficiency
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate challenges effectively
- 3+ years of Dental Office experience (Preferred)
- 3+ years of management experience ( Required )
- Experience with Open Dental and/or Dentrix is a big plus!
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Understanding all aspects of the business of dentistry (P&L reports, manage budgets, setting and reaching goals)
- Supporting front and back office teams
- Acting as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring that patients are well-informed about treatment plans, financial details, and post-care instructions, delivering exceptional customer service at every stage.
- Monitoring performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews for all team members.
- Overseeing the billing process, ensuring accurate coding, insurance verification, and timely collection of payments from patients and insurance companies.
- Managing accounts receivable, monitor outstanding balances, and work with patients on payment plans or financial arrangements.
- Ensuring the office adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA requirements.
- Collaborating with the practice owner to implement growth strategies, assess market trends, and enhance service offerings.
The schedule is
full-time . No late nights or weekends make for a wonderful work/life balance!
- Mondays through Fridays 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
We are offering a
competitive yearly salary starting at $70,000 (based on) experience, along with the following benefits:
