Role Overview
As the Digital Content Coordinator at Snack Innovations, you will be responsible
for owning our digital shelf and elevating presence for our in-house brands
across all online channels. You will lead the execution, optimization, and
management of our product content across e-commerce platforms, retail partner
systems, and social commerce.
The ideal candidate will bring the skills of an e-commerce merchandiser blended
with those of a digital brand steward. The bulk of this role focuses on hands-on
backend management of retailer systems to ensure our products are beautifully,
accurately, and strategically represented across the breadth of our digital
landscape. The role of Digital Content Coordinator is an ideal opportunity for

Core Responsibilities
Digital Shelf Ownership & System Management
* Own all digital assets across .com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and our major retail
partner sites.
* Work directly within retailer systems and backend portals to upload, update,
and manage product listings. (Note: This is the bulk of the day-to-day work
and our largest immediate need).
* Manage product launches by ensuring fully optimized content and visual assets
are ready and deployed on time.
Brand Consistency & Content Optimization
* Maintain brand voice and absolute product accuracy across every single online
touchpoint for a cohesive consumer experience.
* Partner with the design team to customize and adapt visual assets for
specific platform placements and technical specifications.
* Optimize for SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to ensure our
products rank highly in traditional search engines and appear accurately in
AI/LLM results.
* Stay ahead of algorithmic changes across search engines, Amazon, and AI
platforms to continuously adapt our strategy.
Performance Tracking & Testing
* A/B test content options including copy, imagery, and video placements to
identify what drives the highest conversion.
* Track digital merchandising KPIs to measure content effectiveness and
continuously optimize listings based on data and results.
* Support ad-hoc digital initiatives such as building content for retailer
presentations and strategic growth projects.
Qualifications
- Location: Ability to work full-time, on-site at our Piscataway, NJ facility.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 3–5 years managing e-commerce product content, digital
merchandising, or digital shelf optimization.
* Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience navigating e-commerce backends
(e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, TikTok Shop Seller Center, or major
retailer portals like Walmart, Target, or Syndigo/Salsify).
* Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, emerging GEO tactics, data
analytics, and digital asset management.
* Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with
cross-functional design, marketing, and sales teams.
