Employer Industry: Healthcare Education and Accreditation Why consider this job opportunity Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely with flexible scheduling options Engage in innovative educational programs that impact underserved communities Collaborative work environment with a focus on social justice and health equity Direct involvement in accreditation compliance and educational initiatives Support from a dedicated team committed to quality education and training What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Support accreditation efforts and compliance activities for continuing medical education (CME) and continuing education (CE) Maintain accreditation files, documentation systems, and activity records in accordance with required standards Manage the collection and processing of financial relationship disclosures from planners, presenters, and reviewers Provide technical support to learners and staff using the Weitzman Education Platform Coordinate the development and management of new educational programs and initiatives What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field 1-3 years of work experience in a health-related field and/or project support experience Direct experience with ACCME, ACPE, or ANCC accreditation standards strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with learning management systems Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in leveraging technology and business partners to deliver educational content Demonstrated problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment Ability to create engaging presentations for various audiences Familiarity with survey software and database management We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
