Job Description
Avalon Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. In this essential role, you will help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Your work plays a vital part in supporting quality care and enhancing the overall resident experience.
**Must be able to work every other weekend**

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
Dispose of trash and handle soiled linens in accordance with infection control standards
Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention protocols
Replenish supplies such as paper products and soap as needed
Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from staff and residents
Maintain equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
