Hello, My husband, Scott, and I are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented housekeeper for our home in St Michaels, Maryland. We are looking for an individual (or a very small, consistent team) who takes pride in their work and is interested in becoming a trusted, long-term part of how our household functions. This is not a standard surface-cleaning role. We are not looking for rotating crews or checklist-based cleaning that repeats the same tasks every visit. Instead, we are seeking someone who notices what needs attention, rotates deeper cleaning thoughtfully, and helps maintain the entire home in excellent condition over time.
