We’re looking for a Full-Time HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations at our Corporate Office in San Ramon. This is a great opportunity for a student, recent graduate, or someone interested in starting a career in Human Resources.
No prior HR experience needed — training provided!
What You’ll Help With:
• Employee records and HR system updates
• Onboarding and offboarding support
• Timecard reminders and approvals
• HR projects and administrative tasks
• Processing HR mail and general coordination
What We’re Looking For:
• Organized and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly
Details:
• Duration: July 1st - September 30th
• 32–40 hours per week
• Onsite in San Ramon, CA (5 days/week)
• Eligible for medical benefits and 401(k), subject to eligibility requirements
