Hey there! Absolute Heating & Air in Pittsburgh, PA is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time HVAC Dispatcher to join our fantastic dispatching team. With a competitive pay range of $50,000 - $90,000/year , including performance bonuses, and commissions. The right qualified candidate may have the opportunity to work remotely from home. You'll work a full-time schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday . Need some flexibility? No problem! We offer the option to start earlier, work later, or even pick up weekend shifts if that suits your lifestyle. As you grow with us, there might even be a chance to work from home.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC DISPATCHER
In this dispatching position, your day will start by coordinating schedules and chatting with clients, making sure all service requests are handled smoothly. You'll take inbound calls, create new accounts, and book jobs, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. Throughout the day, you'll follow up on open jobs and estimates, coordinating with your team to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Out bounding to fill the schedule, and to schedule return visits. A dispatch close out process that follows a check list to make sure the technicians close out a job appropriately and meets all of the requirements.Here's what you need to become our HVAC Dispatcher:
