Role Description This is a full-time Live-in Caregiver role with location split between Northern Virginia and West Palm Beach, Florida. The Live-in Caregiver will provide personalized support for our client, assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. Additional responsibilities include fostering a safe and engaging environment to promote clients' well-being. Collaboration with family members and care coordinators will also be essential to ensuring the highest standard of care. Our client is a retired fashion industry executive who splits time between her homes in Northern Virginia and West Palm Beach, Florida. We are looking for an exceptional caregiver with excellent client service skills. Compensation This role is expected to last several years. The compensation is based on a day rate, but the right candidate can expect to earn $70k to $80k per year with free accommodation in a luxury residence, with summer months in the DMV, and the winter months in West Palm Beach. Qualifications Ability to provide hands-on Personal Care, including assisting with transfers, personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and housekeeping Strong Caregiving and Elder Care skills, with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for senior clients Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and empathy with clients and families Experience in Home Care tasks such as light housekeeping and maintaining a safe living environment Patience, reliability, and a compassionate approach to caregiving Previous live-in caregiving experience is required Valid CPR or First Aid certification is required #J-18808-Ljbffr Options for Senior America
