Machine Operator

Location: Durham, NC

Pay: $18 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. Your work directly supports the products we deliver and the customers who rely on them. Responsibilities for the Machine Operators:

• Assembling materials and operating production equipment according to specifications
• Measuring, assembling, and applying chemicals with accuracy and care
• Transporting raw materials and finished products safely
• Performing routine inspections of materials, solutions, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Accurately recording process data and production information
• Using data to make informed decisions and identify potential issues
• Communicating any product, process, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly
• Following all safety guidelines and contributing to a safe, team-focused environment

Requirements for the Machine Operators:

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance habits

• Clean drug screen and background check (unfortunately no felony convictions)
• Must have 3 years of machine operation experience within a manufacturing environment
• Basic math and written communication skills
• Ability to read, follow instructions, and accurately document information
• General knowledge of plant safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
