Key Responsibilities Develop and manage marketing strategies to promote our brand and products to target audiences Identify and analyze new market trends and consumer behaviors to drive sales growth Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, advertising, and promotional activities Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful content for various marketing channels Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and provide recommendations for improvement Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development Manage and develop relationships with media partners, influencers, and other external stakeholders Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek new and innovative marketing opportunities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Fluency in multiple languages is an asset Why Work With Us At Brecks Group, we value diversity, creativity, and innovation.
