Job Description

Manage content submissions within Veeva, including routing, version control, and approval workflows. Coordinate MRC operations by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, facilitating reviews, and following up with stakeholders. Monitor MRC and MI timelines, proactively identifying and escalating potential delays or risks. Maintain Medical Information trackers for content updates, inquiries, escalations, and project status. Compile and report MI and MRC metrics such as cycle times, request volumes, and performance trends. Support the lifecycle management of MI materials, including FAQs, standard response documents, and scientific content. Maintain MI SharePoint or team collaboration sites and assist with updates to portals or websites as needed. Assist in maintaining SOPs, templates, and training resources, and provide support for workflow training. Contribute to audit and inspection readiness by organizing and maintaining required documentation. Ensure all activities comply with internal SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines. Provide support for Medical Affairs launch readiness and post-launch MI activities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize MRC and MI processes. Assist with system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and support the implementation of MI-related tools and process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Project Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Medical Information, medical content review, or project coordination within the pharmaceutical industry. Hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault (PromoMats, MedComms, or related modules) or comparable content management systems. Demonstrated strength in project coordination, organization, and stakeholder management. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced, regulated environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across cross‑functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
