Job Description

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living and functional skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Cranford, NJ.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required prior to start.
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience providing evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation for geriatric populations preferred.
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and communicate with patients and families.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
• Schedule Pattern: 5x8.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
