Join a well-established, physician-led health system on California's Central Coast seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a collaborative outpatient practice. Position Highlights

• Primarily outpatient Pediatrics
• Flexible 3x12 or 4x10 schedule options
• Join an established team of 7 Pediatricians with APP support
• Immediate patient panel with strong referral base
• $290K base salary plus productivity incentives
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

• Limited inpatient responsibilities with structured training available if needed

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
