Job Description
The Practice Manager will direct and supervise the day-to-day operational functions for both the Primary and Multi-Specialty practices of the Central Carolina Physician Practices in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The Practice Manager reports directly to the Director of Central Carolina Physician Practices.
Required Education:
Associates degree in applicable field preferred.
Bachelor's degree in applicable field preferred.
*Experience greater than 8 years in office management in lieu of degree.
Other:
Minimum of 8 years work experience in physician practice operations management including thorough understanding of front office, back office, and business office functions.
Experience in budgeting, physician demand analyses and practice start-ups preferred.
Highly proficient working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems. Allscripts/Athena/NextGen experience preferred
