PRACTICE OPERATIONS MANAGER – Orthopedic Surgery Medical Practice
Location: New Jersey (multiple office locations)- Fairfield Salary: $100,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience) + Bonus Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Required

We focus on treating individuals involved in accidents, work-related injuries, and those with health insurance. We are seeking a highly experienced Practice Operations MANAGER to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of our growth.
Position Summary:
The Practice Operations MANAGER will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the practice across multiple locations. This key leadership role requires a hands-on executive with deep experience in medical practice management, including a strong background in auto accident, workers' compensation, and commercial insurance workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and optimize all clinical and administrative operations.
Drive performance and efficiency across scheduling, patient flow, and front/back office processes.
Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, coding standards, and payer requirements.
Streamline operations and protocols for motor vehicle accident (MVA), workers’ compensation, and out-of-network commercial insurance cases.
Work directly with physicians, department heads, and staff to support quality patient care and operational excellence.
Manage hiring, training, and performance of staff across departments.
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies based on data analysis.
Lead expansion efforts and integration of new sites and service lines.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of operations leadership experience in a medical practice setting (orthopedic, spine, or pain management preferred).
5+ years of experience handling MVA, Workers’ Comp, and commercial insurance processes.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive accountability.
Proficiency in medical , EHR systems, and healthcare compliance.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
