Property Management Office Assistant - Entry Level

No Leasing Experience Required

Location: Costa Mesa
Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary
Pay Rate: $20-21

About the Position

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining experience in the property management industry? We are seeking a Property Management Office Assistant to support our payroll and administrative team. No leasing experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate!

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, students, or individuals looking to build office and property management experience.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with employees regarding missing timecards.
• Contact employees to confirm payroll check delivery preferences.
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related communications.
• Maintain and update contact information and approval records.
• Process approved payroll requests and administrative paperwork.
• Send reminders and updates via email and text messaging platforms.
• Enter employee sick time and maintain accurate records.
• Verify holiday hours worked and communicate information to payroll.
• Assist with payroll reports and payroll closeout procedures.
• Provide general administrative and office support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional phone and email communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
