Job Description
· Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive quality management systems across the facility
· Establish and enforce procedures and work instructions to ensure full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
· Drive standardization of quality metrics and best practices throughout the organization
· Serve as a key leader in corrective and preventive action initiatives to resolve quality issues proactively
· Manage and oversee internal and external audit programs to maintain certification and continuous compliance
· Direct contract review processes and advanced product quality planning to effectively translate requirements to the operational level
· Act as the voice of the customer, championing quality and continuous improvement across all departments
· Lead strategic initiatives focused on reducing the cost of poor quality and enhancing overall operational performance
Key Requirements
· Bachelor's degree (BS) required
· Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
· 7+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing a quality department or team
· 5+ years of auditing experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management standards
