Formally Universal Pediatrics

Location: Des Moines, IA & Ankeny, IA

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday | Day Shifts (8-10 hour shifts)
• School-based care with consistent weekday hours

Client Info:

Ankeny: Autism, Behavioral & Feeding Tube - 1 Pet In Home - Nurse Transport Client To Therapy Appts - Attends School With Client

Des Moines: Autism, G-Tube - 1 Pet In Home - Early Release On Fridays (Possibly)

Pay Range:

• LPN: $29-$31/hr
• RN: $31-$33/hr

Position Overview:
Seeking RN/LPN nurses for structured, school-based pediatric homecare cases. Nurses provide 1:1 support during school hours , making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking routine, daytime schedules.

Clinical Skills (training available):

• G-Tube / Feeding Tube Care
• Autism support and behavioral care
