Job Description

Make a meaningful impact as a Physical Therapist working in a dynamic school environment serving students in grades K-12. This is a full-time, contract position for the entire school year, based near Whittier, CA. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric caseloads preferred
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with school-aged children across developmental stages

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine physical therapy needs and eligibility
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plan (IEP) goals
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
• Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and case management
• Educate school staff on proper techniques and accommodations
