Duration - 4 Month CTH
Location - Remote, but must sit in one of the following states: Arizona, Utah, Alaska, Montana, Wyoming, Northern California, Nevada. Bay Area/Phoenix candidates will be expected to go onsite 2-3 days a week.
Top Requirements (Must Haves) - Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent). Significant experience in a Scrum Master role (not entry-level). Proven expertise in JIRA, including building and managing automations. Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Familiarity with Salesforce environments; direct Salesforce experience highly preferred. Basic understanding of Copado and its integrations. Experience working with multiple, distributed teams across organizations. Remote work eligible; preference for candidates located in Arizona, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Northern California, Nevada.
Role Breakdown (Scrum Master with Salesforce/JIRA Focus): Oversee multiple development teams, including internal, Salesforce Pro Serve, and managed service providers. Ensure teams meet deadlines, clear roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed. Experience with JIRA, especially creating and managing automations for tracking stories and workflow. Familiarity with Salesforce environments; direct Salesforce experience is a strong plus but not required. Understanding of Copado and its integration with other tools is highly desired. Remote work is acceptable, with preference for candidates in seven specific states. Contract-to-hire arrangement.
