Server Assistant- Barback

The Server Assistant- Barback is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, particularly within our bar and lounge areas, to support seamless service and an elevated guest experience while playing a key role in upholding service standards, enhancing the flow of operations, and contributing to the overall success of the dining experience. The Server Assistant- Barback is responsible for setting and resetting tables, assisting with the delivery of food and beverages, clearing bar dishware, and assisting the bar and lounge as needed. In addition to maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, the Server Assistant- Barback works closely with Bar Servers and other team members to ensure that guest needs are met efficiently and with genuine hospitality. The restaurant embodies all Four Seasons cultural standards while operating under the "Ramsay Standard," with an emphasis on professionalism and excellence expected in any high-level restaurant or hospitality environment. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and is overseen by the Director of Food & Beverage.

What you will do:

• Maintaining a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every guest
• Having a solid knowledge of the food and beverage menu items, with a strong emphasis on bar and beverage offerings
• Setting up and breaking down the bar area while maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of

What you bring:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure guests have the best experience possible.
• Capability to maintain a high level of physical mobility.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required.
• Experience in a similar role with a luxury or upscale restaurant is a plus; 1-2 years preferred.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a part-time position
• The working hours will vary and may include mornings, days, afternoons, and evenings on weekdays and weekends.
