About the Role:
Join BLAKES TOWING INC as a Tow Truck Driver and be a vital part of our dedicated team in Baltimore, MD. We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy helping others in their time of need.
Responsibilities:
Operate tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations.
Respond promptly to emergency calls for roadside assistance and towing services.
Perform vehicle inspections and maintain towing equipment for safety and efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Document all towing activities and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Assist with loading and unloading vehicles while ensuring minimal damage.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and support.
Requirements:
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in towing or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and towing equipment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
