Position: Virtual Assistant
Naplesjetcenter is currently seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a full-time, remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while supporting our company's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and webinars
- Assist with social media management and online marketing efforts
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
