What You'll Be Doing - Manage structured cabling and fiber optic projects from kickoff through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams including Helpers, Level I-III Technicians, Lead Technicians, and Foremen
- Ensure all installations meet EIA/TIA standards and industry best practices
- Monitor job progress, resolve challenges, and maintain strong client communication
- Mentor and develop field personnel, helping guide career progression across all levels
What We're Looking For - 4+ years of project management experience in low-voltage or structured cabling environments
- Strong knowledge of fiber optics, copper systems, and MDF/IDF buildouts
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Proven leadership and communication skills with a solutions-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
