Salary: $18 - $25/hr

Position Overview:

We are hiring CDL Truck Drivers for local routes with consistent daily home time. These roles involve a mix of driving and hands-on work, including heavy lifting and unloading at delivery sites. Opportunities are available for Class A, B, and C drivers, with both full-time and seasonal positions offering strong overtime potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial vehicles safely on local routes with frequent stops
• Load and unload materials at job sites, customer locations, or warehouses
• Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift, often repeatedly
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Secure loads to ensure safe transport
• Follow delivery schedules and communicate delays or issues as needed
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A, B, or C license
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials consistently throughout the shift
• Clean driving record that meets company and insurance standards
• Ability to work overtime, including extended hours during peak seasons
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to follow safety procedures and DOT regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in delivery, construction, landscaping, or similar hands-on roles
• Experience operating dump trucks, box trucks, or flatbeds
• Familiarity with local routes and job site deliveries

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Outdoor and indoor work environments depending on route and job site
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials
• Regular standing, walking, bending, and climbing in and out of trucks
• Exposure to weather conditions, dust, and varying noise levels
• Physically demanding role requiring stamina and safe lifting practices
