We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Education and Outreach Specialist to join our multidisciplinary One Community team in the Southern Region of the Trillium service area. Your Role in Our Mission The Education and Outreach Specialist serves as a bridge between community members and providers through outreach and education across the southern Trillium counties on the East coast of North Carolina. The position requires attending community events that may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Flexibility is essential to accommodate community events outside of standard business hours. It is a community-based position and candidates must reside in Bladen County . Comfortable travel to Jones, Onslow, Pender, New Hanover, Brunswick, Bladen, or Columbus is required. What We’re Looking For To join our team, you must have working relationships with community referrals, the ability to manage multiple projects, and great attention to detail.
