They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They should excel in a very fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure. Must be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service. Must be willing and able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions. Able to work well in an environment of constant changes, and have a “no excuses, make it happen” attitude.
