Elevate your culinary career by teaming up with the Premier Steakhouse in the Bellevue area. As an Experience Curator, you will help create personalized dining experiences for guests using the Seven Rooms reservation system. Responsibilities Input and track guest food and beverage preferences to personalize their experience. Gather insights into guest preferences through pre‑arrival communication, surveys, and feedback to tailor experiences to ensure repeat visits. Reach out to guests after their dining experience to gather feedback. Respond to any guests’ complaints or issues. Provide operational support such as assisting with guest flow, training staff on the importance of guest personalization, compiling a nightly shift report, etc. Perform any and all other duties assigned.
