About the Role
Join Go Green Cleaning Experts, LLC as a Part-Time Office Assistant – Operations & Quality Support and play an essential role in supporting our growing team in West Chester, PA. This position is perfect for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable balancing office-based tasks with hands-on support. You’ll help maintain supplies, assist with quality checks, and support operational efforts—including some evening or off-hours work—while contributing to our eco-friendly mission.
Office Location: 1221 W Chester Pike, Suite 200, West Chester, PA 19382
Schedule: Part-time with a flexible schedule (hours can be discussed and adjusted, including occasional evenings for building checks)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks at scheduled times to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met
Refill and maintain cleaning supplies and office stock
Assist with cold calling for commercial leads and outreach efforts
Perform building checks, which may occasionally occur at night
Support light office organization and upkeep as needed
Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Previous experience in operations, facilities support, or customer outreach preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with light hands-on tasks including inventory and supply prep
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and interest in eco-friendly practices
