Internal Medicine Physician (IM)

We’re hiring an Internal Medicine Physician in Gardner, Massachusetts who wants strong loan repayment eligibility, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to serve a welcoming New England community.
You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on comprehensive adult medicine in a collaborative setting with full clinical support staff. You’ll have flexibility to choose a three-day, four-day, or five-day work week while maintaining provider autonomy and strong work-life balance.
You’ll practice in Gardner, Massachusetts, known as the “Chair City” for its historic furniture manufacturing and surrounded by lakes and forested hills offering year-round outdoor recreation.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $225,000+ based on experience
• $30,000 sign-on bonus paid at sign-on, six months, and one year
• Relocation assistance up to $5,000
• Quarterly quality incentive bonus up to $5,000
