Principals sit at the center of our client impact, leading complex engagements with executive teams to shape strategy, strengthen leadership, and shift culture in ways that drive long-term business success. This role is for experienced consultants and operators who are ready to go beyond traditional advisory work and operate at the intersection of strategy and human dynamics by deepening their executive coaching capabilities, architecting transformative client experiences, and growing toward Partner-level leadership while helping build the future of the firm.

What We Are Looking For

• 1520 years of experience across management consulting, in-house strategy leadership, and/or business school
• Excellent grasp of business strategy plus organizational and leadership issues
• A flexible, collaborative mindset and comfort operating beyond traditional consulting playbooks
• Aptitude for providing executives with insights that go beyond traditional business measures
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong character with a passion for self-discovery, personal and professional development
• An over-achiever who typically gravitates to both formal and informal leadership
• Ability to travel for client work as needed

The Role

The Principal role at Trium centers around the following responsibilities:

• Practice Your Craft
  • Partner with a team of consultants and coaches across multiple client engagements across Trium's full spectrum of capabilities including C-suite coaching, team effectiveness, purpose-driven strategy, culture development and refinement, leadership development, etc.
  • Structure, frame, and solve complex strategic, organizational, and execution problems
  • Uncover clients' mindsets and behaviors that will support their strategic vision
  • Skillfully synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into meaningful and compelling client insights through understanding systems and diagnosing root challenges
  • Collaborate with the lead partner to design and facilitate powerful, interactive client experiences and offsites
• Grow and Develop
  • Invest in your personal development and growth to deepen your impact with clients
  • Act as a thought leader; contribute to the research, development, and implementation of Trium intellectual property, drawing on current business trends and personal experiences
  • Become a world-class C-suite executive coach
• Lead at Trium
  • Influence Trium's business development pipeline through growing and maintaining strong client relationships and nurturing your network to land new work
  • Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of the Trium team

Details, Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $200-275K base salary. Based on pay transparency guidelines, a reasonable expectation for the salary range is listed. Actual base salary will be dependent on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and/or other job-related factors. As part of the total compensation package, this role is eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.
• Benefits: We offer competitive benefits including:
