Our services include roof inspections, gutter repair and installation, metal roofing, TPO roofing, skylight repair, and installation services. Plan and coordinate pre-construction meetings between Sales/Estimating/Project Management teams.
Work closely with project coordinators to assign the correct manpower to each job-sites.
Plan and schedule all production activities, including material procurement, fabrication, and installation, to meet project deadlines.
Work within Zoho Projects to keep schedules for projects.
Work with project coordinates to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all production activities.
Work closely with sales, estimating, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Provide weekly progress updates to management, including project status, production metrics, and resource utilization.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including project schedules, budgets, and materials used.
Work closely with vendors to get quotes and achieve overall project success.
Schedule crews and order materials.
Utilize Zoho books to write subcontractor work orders and vendor purchase orders.
Work with vendors when invoices or deliveries are incorrect.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
3 years minimum experience in roofing is preferred by not required.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of production workers.
Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
