Job Description

A school-based opportunity is available for an experienced School Psychologist seeking a contract position for the 25/26 school year. This role offers the chance to support elementary students, primarily in 5th and 6th grades, within a dynamic educational environment.


Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations.
  • Providing support and interventions within the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
  • Collaborating with educators and staff to address student needs.
  • Delivering direct services and participating in student support planning.
  • Maintaining compliance with district and state regulations relevant to school psychology.
Qualifications and experience desired:
  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Proven experience performing assessments and supporting MTSS initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, and educational staff.
  • Flexibility to work primarily on-site with the possibility of one work-from-home day per week.
Schedule and location details:
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to ensure a minimum of 30 hours.
  • Position is based in Ephrata, Pennsylvania.
  • Fully on-site work environment initially, with one designated day for remote work.
