Key Responsibilities: Lead the proposal development process, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements. Research, write, edit, and format proposals for Federal, State, and Commercial IT projects. Collaborate with business development, technical, and leadership teams to develop persuasive content. Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and ensure timely submission. Develop templates, boilerplate content, and best practices to enhance proposal efficiency. Analyze solicitation documents and craft tailored, high-impact responses. Ensure proposals are compliant, well‑structured, and aligned with evaluation criteria. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in proposal writing for government IT contracts. Strong knowledge of government RFP/RFQ processes, FAR regulations, and procurement procedures. Experience with technical writing, compliance matrices, and proposal management tools. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong collaboration and project management skills.
